Woodard Properties is seeking a Director of Facilities to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for all aspects of building and grounds maintenance & improvements for Woodard Properties’ full portfolio of residential and commercial properties located throughout Charlottesville. This role requires overall knowledge of building structure and maintenance systems, excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and computer skills, as well as strong experience in the analysis of financials and other key performance indicators. The Director of Facilities for Woodard Properties will successfully lead 18+ skilled trade and administrative team members and work closely with the owner, other directors, contractors, vendors, customers, and community members to create and execute effective strategic initiatives for a professional and customer-centric company.
