Woodard Properties is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our growing team. The primary role of this position is to be the first point of contact for our customers who call or visit our leasing office. The Customer Service Ambassador will enhance the customer experience through a customer-centric approach by providing exceptional customer care with each interaction while also providing general administrative support to our leasing team.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer related position is desired. A valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
