Our Commercial Portfolio includes 197 commercial spaces totally in 311,303 square feet. Our office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and flex spaces are located throughout Charlottesville near and on the Downtown Mall, 250 Bypass, near Barracks Road Shopping Center, Pantops, and Commonwealth Drive. Business include but are not limited to Cville Coffee, Great Harvest Bread, Circa, The Habitat Store, Milli Coffee Roasters, Old Metropolitan Hall, West2nd Sales Gallery, Brasserie Saison, and Med Express.

Our Residential Portfolio includes 212 units (399 bedrooms) composed of private suites, cottages, houses, townhomes, duplexes, and apartments. We have affordable, traditional, and luxury apartments located near and on the Downtown Mall, central to the Grounds of the University of Virginia (UVA), 250 Bypass, near Albemarle High School, and scattered throughout Charlottesville.

In addition to overseeing improvements for our existing properties, our Development Team also leads the design and construction of new projects as we thoughtfully expand our portfolio. Currently, development led by Woodard Properties includes the addition of new mixed-use buildings at McIntire Plaza.
