We had an issue in our apartment with the AC unit not working, and Jamie did a wonderful job in responding very quickly and coming to resolve the problem for us the next available business day!Working with Hez, I recently signed a new lease for an apartment in Charlottesville. He was responsive, helpful, and made the leasing process easy from beginning to end. I appreciated how quickly he answered questions and helped with anything that came up. Would definitely recommend. Regarding maintenance issues, Jamie was quick to respond and got everything sorted out in a timely manner after a storm hurt some electrical systems.Siporah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She replied quickly, was super nice, and patiently answered all of my questions. She made getting a parking spot for my daughter, Bella, so easy. I definitely recommend her and will be using her services again when it’s time to search for an apartment for Bella. Her kindness, responsiveness, and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Siporah!Hez Dillon was incredibly helpful and diligent in assisting us with a rental for my son. He responded to all my emails promptly, and I could not be happier.Hez was prompt and professional as he walked me through the rental space and particulars.Siporah did a great job working on my parking lot! Make everything straightforward and easy for me to get the permit.Teshell was the best. She was friendly, professional and was so helpful with the process. I was very pleased wih her in all aspects from showing the property to Lease signing. Thanks for all your help.Adam was amazing, our AC was broken in the summer and he came and fixed it on very short notice.Adam on the maintenance team was incredibly helpful - my unit was affected by a leak after hours and I happened to run into him in the hallway and asked for help. He immediately asked to see the problem, then helped fix it. I really appreciated him taking the time, especially when he had his hands full already and it being after working hours. He brought a dehumidifier, kept me informed on what the team was doing to stop the leak, and answered all the questions I had. Our unit has had several maintenance issues this past year, but the team is always quick to help us - and Adam especially is always the best at getting things solved!!Jamie was great in helping us fix our maintenance problem! Super helpful and made our life much easierAnytime there's a maintenance issue, Ronnie is on the job. He is kind and always does top noch work. He knows his stuff and is definitely one of (if not THE) best maintenance personnel on staff!!! Edit to Add: Jamie is also incredible. Did quick work in and out and got the issue resolved in the same day!SIPORAH WINSHEIMER provided timely customer service and left great instructions to pick up my permit. The walk from cherry ave parking lot to the hospital is not very long/ enjoyable.I was really stressed about finding an off campus apt as things were filling up for the year, but Hez made the process quick and seamless. Awesome time working with Woodard’s agents! The agents are extremely communicative and responsive, and also try their best to ensure your experience is amazing while living here.My experience with Woodard has been great so far! I just signed a lease, and my leasing professional, Payton, was extremely responsive and helpful. I could not visit in person, but she readily agreed to set up a Zoom tour. As an international student moving to a new country, I really appreciated it! She was also super friendly and made the entire process really smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Payton! Would definitely recommend Woodard.Teshell has been excellent to work with and made the process of moving into the new commercial space easy. Decent experience. Some things to note from a single bed tenant. Overall 6.5/10 experience for the price point. However, quality is rare for the area. Pros: - Easy leasing/tours - Updated amenities - A1 Maintenance - Great gym - Best visitor parking out of 14th street properties - Limited covered private parking available, will be charged with rent. Cons: - Package room unorganized at times. Alphabetical system on metal racks. - Leasing office will direct you to local police for package theft disputes; they do not handle them. I personally have never had an issue with package theft. Strong community of trust. - No “lock out” leasing office support, must contact private locksmith. Woodard properties will charge for deadbolt replacement. - Building access Bluetooth via phone app, do not let it die. Many local businesses allow you to charge phone (Graduate Hotel, Mod Pod food truck, etc.) - A/C + Heating unit in bedrooms with ceiling fan. No vents or central heating + cooling in other rooms or bedroom. Ceiling fan in living room. Makes the summer particularly warm and slightly stuffy (very livable with space heaters and fans)Hez assisted me throughout the entire leasing process. He was incredibly responsive and always provided detailed answers to my questions, making the whole experience smooth and satisfying.Jamie came out to my daughter’s property when a/c was as out. It was the going to be in high 90’s . It was such a quick response and he had it fixed in no time. He cleaned up behind himself. He was very efficient. She put a request in first thing in the morning and he was there within a couple hours. Great job!!I had a great experience working with Siporah to secure a parking permit. She had good communication when initially adding me to the waitlist as well as when a spot became available. It was a quick turnaround time obtaining the permit and she made the process easy!I had great experience getting maintaince at Woodward Properities and Celso! I put in a service request at night and Celso came promptly in the morning to look at the electric issue! He patiently looked at the problem and revisited once I got the necessary fixture. The second time he went out of the and waited for me while I returned from work. He was successfully solved my problem and put in great efforts to do so! He really didnt have to go out of the way. Great experience! 😀I had a great experience working with Kyle to secure our rental agreement as we prepare for our move to Charlottesville. He was responsive, professional, and guided us through every step of the process. He made everything straightforward and was always quick to answer our questions. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend working with him.Siporah was absolutely fantastic. She had all my questions answered before I asked them. She was very helpful and took care of me quickly and efficiently. She was very polite and courteous. If only all customer relations professionals were like her.I had a water heater leak within two weeks of moving in, and Adam and Devin K. from the facilities team came in that night to fix the issue. They were super quick, helpful, and communicative.Had a great experience with Woodard Properties. Kyle was absolutely fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to help resolve an issue for me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help truly stood out.
