I recently worked Woodward. My agent was Clarissa Holland. They were fantastic to work with, highly professional, and responsive. I would recommend working with them if you are looking in the Cville area. Chris Hassen - has been amazing anytime I need help at the aparment.

Celso came out and fixed my sink and stayed a few minutes late to make sure it got done and that I had water that night instead of saving it for the next day.

Clarissa gave me a tour. It turned out it wasn’t what I was looking for but she answered all of my questions and was a very down to earth. She definitely made the experience worth it regardless of outcome.

I enjoyed the tour with Clarissa and the speedy process that came after of signing the lease! Clarissa is nice, fun and very helpful! Also, their office is very clean and stylish, and I like the apartment that I'll be moving in soon for the big size and reasonable rent!
