Woodard Properties, a locally owned property management and development company in Charlottesville, is seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Grounds Technician to help ensure our commercial and residential properties are clean and well maintained.
Job activities include removing loose debris and trash from grounds, weeding, trimming, edging, hauling debris, leaf removal, snow removal, and ice melt dispersion, maintaining plant beds, and seeding, and plantings of perennials, annuals, and trees. Other miscellaneous duties may include moving furniture, light painting, and assisting the maintenance and project teams as needed. Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license, pass our background checks, and have an overall professional and positive work ethic.
