We have been having so much fun during our “shadowing” experiences throughout the month of August. Each team member was matched with another team member from a different team to “shadow” them to get a better understanding of their day-to-day responsibilities. It has proved a great experience by not only spending time with those in different offices, but also to gain insight what their days are like.
