Woodard Properties proudly supports a number of organization within the community including but not limited to the Boys & Girls Club, Live Arts, UVA Heritage Theatre, Alzheimer's Association, UVA Arts, Soccer Organization of the Charlottesville Area, and the Blue Ridge Rotary.

Volunteering

Community is a core value of our company, therefore 280 hours of community service are donated to local charities each year. This year, these hours are dedicated to Habitat for Humanity, Loaves & Fishes, and Adopt-a-Street.

Civic Involvement

We pride ourselves on our commitment to the community. Many Woodard Property team members serve on boards and local organizations including the Downtown Business Association of Charlottesville (DBAC), the Rotary Club of Charlottesville, and the Blue Ridge Apartment Council (BRAC), Chamber of Commerce, UVA Community Relations, and UVA Sustainability.
