Customer Support Specialist
The primary role of this position is to be the first point of contact for our customers who call or visit our leasing office and to enhance the customer experience through a customer-centric approach providing exceptional service at every interaction.
Digital Marketing & Community Relations Specialist
The person in this role is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and participating in community outreach and customer-centric initiatives.
